who we are
A small engineering company that writes things down
303 Team OÜ was entered into the Estonian Business Register on 25.10.2017 and has filed an annual report for every financial year since — 8 of them, all carrying the status “Valid”. The principal area of activity on that record is EMTAK 62101, computer programming activities (NACE 62.10), which is the work this site describes.
The company is directed by its management board member, Oleksandr Kuryshchenko, who has held that role since 08.12.2017 and is also the registered beneficial owner. Share capital is 2 500 €. There is no group structure, no parent company and no outside shareholder: what you see on the register is the whole of it.
We work for organisations, under written agreement, on systems they own. A typical engagement starts with a specification document rather than a framework choice, because the document is what determines whether the system can still be maintained in three years. It ends with a handover: source code, schema migrations, pipeline definitions and an operational runbook, in a repository the client controls.
We hold no reseller, referral or partner agreement with any software vendor or cloud platform, so nothing we recommend earns us a margin elsewhere. Where the honest recommendation is to change nothing, that is what an assessment says.
We publish no client names, no case studies and no logos. Client work is confidential by default, and a portfolio assembled from engagements we cannot evidence in public would be a claim rather than a reference. What we can evidence — the register record, the filed accounts, the activity code — is on this site and linked to its source.

On a virtual private server operated by Hostinger International Limited (AS47583) in Vilnius, Lithuania — inside the European Economic Area. That was established by measurement from inside the machine, not from an IP-location database; the method is published on the legal identity page.
Who we work with
Businesses, public bodies and other organisations that need software built, reviewed or modernised. We do not provide consumer technical support, device or account repair, malware removal, or servicing of products made by other companies, and we do not act on infrastructure we have not been authorised in writing to touch.

Commitments, not statistics
These are things the company controls and can be held to. You will not find an uptime percentage, a response time or a project count on this site: we have not measured them, so publishing them would be an invention.
You own the output
Source code, migrations, infrastructure definitions and documentation are delivered into a repository the client controls, throughout the engagement rather than at the end of it.
No lock-in by design
We build on widely used, openly documented technology, and we do not insert ourselves as a dependency. Another supplier should be able to pick the work up from the handover alone.
We say no in writing
If a request is outside what we can do well, or the honest recommendation is to keep what you have, that goes in the assessment rather than into a proposal.
