Strategic IT & Infrastructure Consulting
Independent technical review for organisations deciding what to build, what to replace and what to leave alone — delivered as a written assessment your own engineers can argue with.
What the engagement looks like
A consulting engagement produces a document, not a slide deck: the current architecture as it actually is, the constraints that are real versus the ones that are habit, the options with their costs and their failure modes, and a recommendation with the reasoning left in. Where the honest recommendation is to change nothing, that is what the assessment says. No vendor pays us to reach a conclusion, and we hold no reseller or referral agreement with any platform named on this site.
Typical work under this heading
- Architecture and code-base assessment against stated business goals
- Technical due diligence ahead of an acquisition or an investment
- Build-versus-buy and replatforming analysis with the trade-offs written out
- Infrastructure cost review and capacity planning
- Engineering process and release-practice review
What this page is not. It describes how 303 Team OÜ approaches this kind of work. It is not a claim about any particular client, past project or outcome — we name no clients and publish no case studies — and it contains no price, estimate, delivery date or service-level commitment. Those are agreed in writing, per engagement, after we have understood the problem.
Technologies we work in
- Architecture review
- Technical due diligence
- Build-versus-buy analysis
- Cost modelling
- Delivery process
Naming a technology here means we build with it. It is not a claim of certification, partnership or accreditation by its vendor — 303 Team OÜ holds none, and resells nothing.

Describe the system and the constraint you are up against. If the honest answer is that you do not need this work, that is the answer you will get.
