Terms of Service
In short
- This page governs use of the website. Actual engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement — nothing here is an offer capable of acceptance.
- 303 Team OÜ serves businesses and other organisations. It sells nothing to consumers through this site.
- There is no price, quotation or estimate anywhere on this site.
- Estonian law applies; the courts of Estonia have jurisdiction.
1. Who these terms are with
This website, 303teamou.com, is operated by 303 Team OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia, registry code 14359294, EU VAT EE102945487, registered office at Laki tn 25-411, 12915 Tallinn, Mustamäe linnaosa, Harju maakond, Estonia. The register entry can be inspected at the Estonian e-Business Register. Contact: help@303teamou.com.
2. What this website is
It describes the services 303 Team OÜ offers and provides a way to make an enquiry. The content is general information about how the company works. It is not an offer, a quotation, a tender, or professional advice on which you should act without engaging us, and it does not create a contractual relationship between us.
No price, rate, day rate, estimate, delivery date, response time, availability figure or service level appears on this site, and none should be inferred from it. Scope, timetable, fees and any service levels are set out in a written agreement signed by both parties, and only that agreement binds either of us.
3. Who we contract with
303 Team OÜ provides software engineering, IT consulting and cloud infrastructure services to businesses, public bodies and other organisations, acting in the course of their trade or profession. It does not sell services to consumers through this site, and no part of this site is an offer of a consumer contract.
In particular, and to avoid any doubt, 303 Team OÜ does not offer and this website does not advertise: consumer technical support of any kind; repair, cleaning, tuning or recovery of a personal device or account; password, email or account recovery; malware or virus removal as a consumer service; a helpline or support desk for products made by another company; or any service that requires us to access equipment or systems we have not been authorised in writing by their owner to access.
4. Work we do not take on
Independently of the law, 303 Team OÜ declines engagements whose primary purpose is:
- gambling, betting, lotteries or any wagering product;
- adult content or services;
- the offering of financial products, credit, investment or payment services where we would be building the regulated function itself without the client holding the corresponding authorisation;
- medical diagnosis or treatment decisions, or any device or system requiring regulatory approval that the client does not hold;
- tools designed for unauthorised access, surveillance of individuals, scraping in breach of a third party’s terms, or circumvention of technical protection measures;
- the distribution of software, licences or media we are not authorised to distribute.
We say so before an engagement rather than after, and we would rather lose the work than take it on and hedge.
5. Intellectual property
The design, text, code and structure of this website belong to 303 Team OÜ unless stated otherwise. You may read it, print it and quote from it with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use our name, wordmark or register details to represent another business.
Names of technologies, platforms and standards used on this site belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Their appearance here indicates that we build with them; it does not indicate any partnership, certification, endorsement or accreditation, and 303 Team OÜ claims none.
In client engagements, ownership of the work product is set out in the engagement agreement. Our standard position is that the client owns the deliverables on payment, with a licence back to us for anything generic that we reuse across engagements — but the agreement, not this page, governs.
6. Accuracy, and what we do about mistakes
We take care that everything here is accurate, and every identity claim is published with the register it can be checked against on the legal identity page. Content is still provided “as is”: we do not warrant that the site is error-free or continuously available, and we may change it without notice.
If something on this site is wrong — a register detail that has changed, a claim you think we cannot support — write to help@303teamou.com and we will correct it. Where a public register and this site disagree, the register is authoritative.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Estonian law, 303 Team OÜ is not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability arising from an engagement is dealt with in the engagement agreement.
8. Links to other sites
This site links to public registers and to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content; the links are provided so you can verify what we say rather than take our word for it.
9. Complaints
Write to help@303teamou.com, or by post to 303 Team OÜ, Laki tn 25-411, 12915 Tallinn, Estonia. We aim to acknowledge a complaint promptly and to resolve it directly. Data-protection complaints can additionally go to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate — see the Privacy Policy.
This site does not sell to consumers, so no consumer dispute-resolution procedure applies to it. The routes above are the ones to use.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us are for the courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court as the court of first instance.
11. Changes
We may amend these terms. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the amended version. Engagement agreements are not changed by an amendment to this page.
