What the engagement looks like
The deliverable is a repository: infrastructure definitions, pipeline configuration, environment provisioning and the operational runbook, all reviewable and all reproducible from scratch. Containerised workloads, managed databases and staged environments are configured so that a release is an ordinary event and a rollback is a tested one. We are not a reseller of any cloud platform and hold no partner status with one; infrastructure runs in the client’s own account, under the client’s own billing relationship.
